The storage units are not available in evenings or night time, making it inconvenient for those who are busy in the daytime. By contrast, the storage we used in Buffalo was available at all times, so I see no reason for this restriction on hours. On the plus side, the unit itself provided good protection for our stuff, including humidity and temperature, and the employed staff were honest and polite. Our issues are with the executive decisions of their organization, not with the service provided.
